How do I order online at Barista Supplies?

A.

Anyone can place an order online, click the 'Add To Cart' Button and when you are finished shopping click the 'checkout' button and follow the checkout details. Orders placed before 3pm AEST will be processed and dispatched on the same working day. If you are a Wholesaler, click here to fill out a 'Wholesaler Form'.

Can I pick up my order?

A.

If you prefer to pick up your order, at the check out page select the "Pick Up From Warehouse" option under shipping. We will then prepare your order and email you once it is ready to be picked up.

How is my order delivered? And who will deliver order?

A.

Couriers picks up all parcels from the Barista Supplies warehouse every business day (Not weekends and Public holidays). Parcels are sent by either Fastway Couriers, Australia Post, TNT Express or DHL Express depending on your location. If you have not received your parcel within the specified time frame and believe that it could be lost or delayed, please email Barista Supplies at info@baristasupplies.com.au for more information.

Can I arrange a different delivery method?

A.

Yes, you can. We understand that one size doesn't fit all so we offer the following alternative:
Alternative courier of your choice: You can arrange for another courier of your choice to collect your order on your behalf. 
To arrange this you will need to place your order by email. Please contact us for further details. 
Please note that we accept no responsibility for the goods once your courier has collected them. Additional delivery charges may apply to cover the cost of redelivery.

I've missed the delivery. What do I do now?

A.

It's OK, the Courier would have left a card with details on how to arrange a redelivery or pick up from the nearest depot. If for some reason you have not received a card please contact us by email and we will contact the courier on your behalf to re-arrange delivery.

Does Barista Supplies deliver to PO BOX addresses?

A. No, you will need a physical address for delivery, as our couriers are unable to deliver to P.O Boxes.

How long does it take from the time I order online to when my order is sent?

A.

Most orders are processed and sent same working day of the order being received if placed before 3pm AEST, unless informed otherwise of any delay. (This does not include weekends, as the warehouse is only open from Mon-Fri and closed for public holidays.)

How long does it take to deliver my order if it is being sent within Australia?

A. Parcels within Australia should be delivered in approximately 1-6 business days after being placed, unless being sent to a remote island, or remote parts of Australia such as NT. Parcels to WA can take between 4-7 business days to be delivered.

Are prices shown in Australian Dollars?

A. Yes, prices are shown in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

How can I cancel an order?

A.

You may email info@barsitasupplies.com.au however, due to our extremely fast processing speed we cannot always cancel order before they are dispatched.
