Your visit and use of this website (www.baristasupplies.com.au) submitting an order for products or services, you indicate your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth by Barista Supplies. All prices shown on www.baristasupplies.com.au are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Shipping / Delivery:
Our products are delivered via Australia Post, TNT Express or DHL Express. An email with the tracking number is sent at the end of the business day, if applicable. Shipping duration is generally 1-6 working days depending on the location of the customer. In the event that the courier returns the goods to us as undeliverable for any reason, additional delivery charges may apply to cover the cost of redelivery. Please note some couriers are unable to deliver to P.O boxes, so please ensure you use a physical address at checkout.
Your order will be delivered between 7am and 9pm. As couriers do not deliver on public holidays, you can expect your order on the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends or public holidays. If you’re not around when delivery is attempted, the driver will either leave your order in a safe place or a calling card will be left telling you how you can collect your Barista Supplies order.
If you prefer to pick up your order, at the check out page select the “Pick Up From Warehouse” option under shipping. We will then prepare your order and email you once it is ready to be picked up.
Shipping charges for International orders will be calculated at checkout based on the order weight and your location. Barista Supplies ships Australia wide and to over 45 counties, including the USA, UK and New Zealand. A full list of the countries we ship to is as follows:

Countries outside of Australia will receive orders in approximately 2-10 working days (transit time varies based on destination country and performance of postal service/s).
If you refuse a shipment from Barista Supplies, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Barista Supplies. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Barista Supplies is committed to supporting the national Privacy Principles, which set clear standards for the collection, use, storage and access of personal information, which is obtained as part of business operations and is protected by a secure server and encryption. To process your order we require certain information from you, e.g. your address, phone number, credit/debit card information. If you do not provide us with this information we will not be able to supply the products or services you have required. Information you supply to Barista Supplies will only be used to provide you with the products and services you have requested and, unless you advise us otherwise, we may also send you our annual catalogue and special offers. If at any time in the future you wish to remove your name from our customer list you may contact us. As required by the Privacy Act you may also check and correct the accuracy of personal details at any time. Barista Supplies is not involved in the selling, trading or alternative unauthorised use of personal information. We will not, on any circumstances pass on personal details to other organizations, unless required by law.

It is you, as a user, to periodically return to our site and receive the newest updates of the terms and conditions for amendments. Any amendments of terms and conditions will be taken in effect immediately. Your continued usage of www.baristasupplies.com.au and following any changes will constitute agreement to such amendments. There are many factors that are out of our control. Due to these reasons, prices are subject to change without prior notice. Despite our constant effort to provide our visitors and buyers the most updated information, there will be inevitable a chance that our items may be priced at a different pricing level. In the event a product is advertised with incorrect information such as but not limited to incorrect prices, incorrect functionality promoted, incorrect pictures shown, typographical error, photographical error, technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Barista Supplies shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products.
Ordering and Payments:
Due to extremely quick turnovers of our orders, Barista Supplies may at times have to restrict the number of certain items that you intended to or have already purchased. When certain items are limited in stocks, Barista Supplies reserves its rights to limit your purchase quantities to a lower amount. During times that you have ordered more quantity than we can supply, we will communicate with you and provide you different options available at that time. We promise you, the customers, that we give our continued commitment to fulfil your order request. However, in all circumstances, Barista Supplies reserves its rights to refuse any order. Reason(s) of such refusal will be communicated to you. Methods of payment accepted by Barista Supplies are Paypal, Visa & Mastercard, AfterPay, ZipPay & Direct Deposit.
Return & Refund Policy:
Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt. Lost packages and shipping claims must be reported to Barista Supplies directly.
You can exchange goods for up to 30 days from purchase, providing goods are in their original package, were not used and come with their original invoice. There are no refunds for special orders, discontinued items, used items or sample items.
Please choose carefully, as we do not refund or exchange Coffee Machines, Grinders, Electrical Items or Electrical Parts and Books.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns must be approved by Barista Supplies and goods must be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt with the original invoice. After thirty (30) days, goods received may be denied refund and/or given in store credit only. Please note that for any non-faulty items returned we issue a credit note and not a refund.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer in a damaged condition or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault notified by you to us within a period of 7 days from the date delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to have been damaged by fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Items received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Barista Supplies.
We will give a full refund on any faulty items subject to the terms outlined above. This refund may be paid to the customer via credit card refund. We can only exchange faulty items for the same product or at our discretion an equivalent product. If you wish to exchange, please make your request clear when you email us about the fault.
Where possible items may be repaired but only where such items are deemed faulty and suitable for repair. Repaired items are shipped free of charge to you if the product is deemed faulty.
We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any original packaging and before disposing of any original packaging.
Online store credit will be issued within 7 days of products being returned, which can be used for future purchases at www.baristasupplies.com.au. Credit issued will expire 6 months from date of issue.
Barista Supplies will not exchange / refund on sale items, however we may at our discretion offer an online credit. We request that all goods are returned within 30 days of the date of delivery if credit has been approved.
BARISTA SUPPLIES EQUIPMENT WARRANTY
In the unlikely event a coffee machines or grinder is delivered damaged please contact us immediately; we will require photographic evidence of the product sent to customer support (email@example.com) within 24 hours of being received.
Barista Supplies offers a twelve (12) month limited back to base parts and labour warranty on all coffee machines and grinders. Our business is based on excellent customer service, which will continue years after your purchase. Barista Supplies offers complete peace of mind with every purchase and can supply parts and accessories after your warranty expires, via our website, or on request. We recommend that you follow all correct cleaning guidelines outlined in the owner’s manual.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BARISTA SUPPLIES EQUIPMENT WARRANTY
- Barista Supplies offers a twelve (12) month limited back to base parts and labour warranty on all coffee machines and grinders
- In the event that a fault does arise, please contact Barista Supplies (firstname.lastname@example.org) directly. Please accurately describe the fault and we will try to resolve the issue quickly and easily over email or the phone; 99% of all faults can be rectified this way. Customers with any fault issues must comply with directions from Barista Supplies staff in relation to troubleshooting any issues and to facilitate any repairs under the terms and conditions for warranty.
- In the event that a machine does need to be repaired with in the twelve (12) month warranty, we will notify you of the nearest approved repairer in your region. We currently have 4 service centres around Victoria. You are responsible for the delivery and the collection of your coffee machine from the Service Centre.
- If you do not have the original packaging at time of your warranty request, you will be responsible to provide your own packaging suitable for transit – the coffee machine must be protected carefully and safely. Failure to package the coffee machine properly could cause further damage in transit, and cause further disruptions to your warranty.
- The service centre will assess the claim and then contact Barista Supplies for approval to carry out repairs. If deemed that the repairs are not a parts fault, Barista Supplies will contact you and advise of the cost of parts and labour and seek permission to proceed with the repair.
The warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, user negligence, misuse or abuse, accident, fire or malicious damage by a third party and rusting of equipment. a. Repairs or replacement parts required where the above mentioned is evident to have contributed to a component failure, will not be covered under warranty. b. Other exclusions include, but are not limited to, damage inflicted by outer force, intervention by unauthorised parties, incorrect handling of the product, non-compliance of the operating instructions and commercial use.
